About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead performance improvement, resource management, and quality-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with medical group, hospital, and system executive leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and financially sustainable care. This role involves strategic planning, championing value-based care, and overseeing physician recruitment and development. The CMO will also be tasked with administrative functions, capacity management, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. A key aspect of the position is to develop and maintain positive relationships with the medical staff, community physicians, and other partners. Candidates for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a Doctorate degree in medicine, with a focus on clinical care and physician leadership. A minimum of 10 years' clinical experience as a practicing physician, including 5 years in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, implementation, and a deep understanding of healthcare trends and management. Essential skills include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution. The CMO will be expected to have a strong background in outcomes measurement, quality improvement, and a commitment to continuous performance and quality improvement methodology.
